I'm Aubrey Whitten.

 

I write emotional romances about flawed characters searching for happy endings. Set against the beauty of Australia, my stories explore love, healing, and the moments that change lives for forever.

I often explore the concept of "identity" in my books through themes close to my heart such as:

• overcoming emotional insecurity

• finding your special place - and people - in the world

• navigating class and social differences, and

• growing into the best version of yourself.

 

I live in one of the sunniest parts of Australia where winter is (thankfully) about a week long. Writing is a part-time passion for me which I balance around a busy day job and my close-knit (and supportive!) family.
